Sedgemoor Heights Bed and Breakfast accommodation is quietly situated to the rear of the main house, accessible by your own private entrance. You can choose from three comfortable rooms, all of which are ensuite: a double (The Butler's Room), a twin room (The Maid's Room) and a three bed family room ,(The Nursery.) All rooms have Freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, etc. Rooms are centrally heated and non-smoking. Outside, guests have a peaceful patio to relax in. Location The central position of Sedgemoor Heights makes it an ideal base for touring Cornwall. Attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are a 15 minute drive, whilst the beautiful beaches and picturesque harbour villages of St Austell Bay are within easy reach. Getting here. Sedgemoor Heights is a genuine 10 minute walk away from St. Austell town centre and rail and bus links. There is a private, off-road car park at the front of the house for those arriving by car. Breakfast. Excellent, full English breakfasts, using quality local produce, are served in the spacious dining room of the main house. We can cater for special diets - just let us know beforehand. We are happy to offer advise and answer any questions you may have during your stay with us. We are open all year round. Our charges are £25 - £30 per person per night [assuming 2 people sharing,] depending on the season, length of stay and which room you book. There is a reduction for children booked in the Nursery.
